The XIX International Festival of Traditional Culture & Crafts OIMO will be held from July 1 to 5 this year in the city of Karakol, Kyrgyzstan.
This festival is one of the most significant cultural heritage and creative industry events in Central Asia.
Craftsmen, designers, representatives of art and culture, youth, and tourists from various countries around the world will participate in the festival.
Members of the Handicraft Association – skilled artisans of our country – are also participating in this prestigious festival! They showcase national traditions through their crafts and products on the international stage.
This year’s festival honors the memory of Dinara Ilimbekovna Chochunbaeva (1956–2025), founder and UNESCO expert on intangible cultural heritage.
